ContractGuards Privacy Policy

We keep this simple. Here is what happens to your data.

What we collect - Contract text you submit so we can screen it. - Basic account and payment details (such as your email and payment confirmation, handled by our payment processor).

How we use your contract text Your contract text is sent to a third-party AI model provider solely to generate your report. We do not use it for any other purpose.

• Not used for training. Your contract text is not used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model, ours or the provider's. We use the provider under terms that prohibit training on your content.
• Retained briefly. We keep your contract text and report only as long as needed to deliver and support the report, then delete it on a short schedule.
• Deletable on request. You can ask us to delete your contract text and report at any time, and we will do so promptly.

Sharing We share data only with service providers that help us run ContractGuards (such as the AI model provider and our payment processor), and only as needed. We do not sell your data.

Security We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care to limit access and retention.
